When properly maintained the MultiPure MP911 Water Filter can provide up to approximately 400 gallons of drinking water.

Filter life varies in proportion to the amount of water used and the level of impurities in the water being processed.  Claims of capacity are not applicable to contaminants reduced by mechanical filtration because of broad variations in the quality and quantity of physical matter in your drinking water.  Your Multi Pure MP911 Water Filter will clog, protecting you from these contaminants, and your flow rate will diminish.  For contaminants reduced by adsorption, filter life/capacity is about 400 gallons...

The MultiPure MP911 Water Filter or any water filter should not be used where the water is known to be microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the unit.  Systems certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected water that may contain cysts.
